THE FRONT OF THE PACK

Nashville Franklin Road Academy four-star wide receiver Lance Wilhoite was also on campus for Saturday’s game. He tagged along with Izuchukwu and Murfreesboro Oakland four-star cornerback Woodi Washington.

“It was electric,” Wilhoite told Eleven Warriors. “Ohio State fans and the community are second to none so far from all the schools I’ve been to. The atmosphere is crazy.”

When we talk WRs for OSU's 2019 class, Lance is rarely mentioned. Now that Ohio State is the only school listed as "warmer" for him on 247, thought I'd give his film a look-see.

:yow1:

My goodness is he good. Big bodied receiver who pulls away from people after the catch, great hands and catches the ball in tight spaces, breaks tackles, gets wide open with his route running and can pull double-moves, he's a decent blocker, he's got some swag to his game... he does a lot of stuff really well. And he's athletic enough to potentially play S or CB on top of that. Really like this kid.

any chance?
I would say doubtful just given the fact I don’t think he’s ever visited or has any concrete plans to do so at least to my knowledge. Still plenty of time to make it happen but nobody really knows how the WR is truly looking at the moment because they’re in on so many guys. If he visits in June or for FNL in late July than standby.
