Top 5 songs of your favorite band

DE

I am not sure how old you are but I remember many nights cruising and boozing to those two bands.

Not that I am recommending consuming alcohol in a moving vehicle or anything like that.

Anyone familiar with Derby Downs in Akron?

There is a tunnel that goes under the track. While I am sure you can't get to it now even if it still there we used to back our car into the tunnnel and put big box type speakers on top the car and play those two bands at full blast while drinking Genesee Cream Ale. No brain damage here.

DE and Nola,

You guys must be relatives of one of my old college roommates. He thought Rush and Kiss, along with Eddie Money, were the greatest. I used to tease him that the greatest hits albums for those bands consisted of one song.

We used to cruise Akron listening to Beastie Boys and LL Cool J. The first one of our gang who had a car loved those guys. Since he was driving and it was his car we let him have his choice. Plus, he was 50 pounds heavier than the rest of us.

Choosing "bands" in the spirit of the question is tought. Willy would be one, but is not really a band, nor is Simon & Garfunkle, nor is Diamond....all much my favorites;
however, these three qualify, I think. Not all are rock and roll, but then....who cares?!...they're all real music:

Roy Orbison
Pretty Woman
Leah
Blue Bayou
Only the Lonely
Crying

Fleetwood Mac
The Chain
Rhiannon
Don't stop
Go your own way
Tusk

Bee Gees
Islands in the Stream
Stayin' alive
Nights on Broadway
Night Fever
Lonely Days

Go Bucks!
