tOSU at Illinois, November 28th, Cancelled

I will say that the weird shit happening at their fucked up stadium factor for Illinois was once up there with Purdue, Iowa and Penn State. Seems like far too many Illinois teams that had zero business being in games found a way to be in them over the years.

I still believe it to be on burial ground but can't confirm it.

Champaign-Urbana........ Isn't that where the wind blows against us all four quarters?

At the risk of jinxing it, I don’t think so. Two of those turnovers were truly “Why the fuck did you throw that” level INTs that I have to believe Fields won’t repeat. Like those were truly head scratching picks. Other was just a poor throw which is bound to happen.

But I probably jinxed it.

And one of those two was just circus level bouncing the wrong way BS. But the air is always filled with devilry in Champaign, so I expect the same kind of thing to happen there.

After this past week, I’m glad that you guys don’t appear to pass nearly as well as you run.

Illinois has had to start 4 different QBs this year, Brandon Peters got Covid after Wisconsin, backup Isaiah Williams was in contact tracing for a week, then 3rd stringer Matt Robinson got hurt the first series against Purdue, then Coran Taylor finished that game and started against Minnesota.

If we had Peters the whole time the passing stats would look a little better. As heisman noted Imatorbhebhe is our best receiver but nothing the Buckeyes won't be able to handle.
