Back 'in the day', tOSU v Meatchicken used to be an intra-Ahia game. Nowadays, it looks like it has morphed into an tOSU - MSU intra-state game. Also Indiana used to have many kids from Ahia that weren't quite at the level of tOSU, so they came out with a vengeance. Never overlook the revenge/I'll get even outlook, as these Ahia transplants will want to show the scarlet & gray that they should have been recruited. You can bet your bippy that the MSU coaches are using that as bulletin board material. Go Bucks!

As far as the game. Good so far, but 2-3 days is a lot with how this year has gone.

OT: Whaddya think of the Covelli Center? Makes me want to order an everything bagel with cream cheese.

I love the Covelli Center, mostly for wrestling because it gives it a more lively atmosphere...much louder than the other venues. For basketball, makes sense with no crowds and gives probably the best venue for the games with no fans imo.

Anways, things are looking about as good as it could for this game. Not holding my breath but I sure hope it happens.

It’s dumb that Ohio State losing this game helps their conference championship chances vs not playing the game at all.

If playing a 6th game would make a team division championship even if they lost it, then that team should be division champ. There is ZERO reason why this shouldn’t be the case. ZERO.

That’s a good point. Division winner should be the team with the most wins, then tiebreakers if needed. It still has games played as a factor, without the possibility of the situation where a loss is advantageous.
