It's amazing to me that Wisconsin is favored. OSU held them under 100 yards rushing last season with almost identical personnel in the front 7, and they still had Russel Wilson and Paul Chryst... They presented a huge threat in the passing game with Wilson, but very little in comparison this season, especially with the injuries/lack of production at the QB position. Combine that with the fact that Ohio State is one of the best 10 teams in the country, and the spread just baffles me.

I see a comfortable win to be completely honest. Something like 38-17.

I know exactly what you are saying. The same thoughts have been rumbling around in my head.

But being a bald old guy, I'm remembering that virtually every time Ohio State has played UW in the past 30 years, they have had better players and the better team, and even the better coaches - and yet, somehow, those guys have been able to inflict some losses on the Buckeyes that really hurt. It's like they are able to be more than the sum of their parts.

The Bucks would really help my cardiac health if they would just come out, smack them in the mouth and get up 3 scores early. I'm not asking for much.

If Wisky is beating us up, I suggest we go Robert Reynolds on them.

The most comparable rushing offense Wisconsin has faced this season would be Nebraska

Taylor Martinez- Passing : 17/29 181 2 TD/0 INT Rushing: 13/107 1 TD (8.2 AVG)

Nebraska racked up 259 yards total on the ground

I expect a big game from Braxton.....

I've got a hunch that Urban has given his players some pretty strict instructions. No spitting or ejaculation of other bodily fluids on the Wisconsin emblem, no taunting (except in the piles of bodies) that can be picked up on cameras. Make a touchdown, just give to the ref (act like you've done this before), and simply act professionally.

If the team does that, and Wiscy players act outrageously, OSU might finally get the national respect that they so rightfully deserve by the great unwashed that are watching. Just my thoughts on a Friday.

Just beat them solidly. Take their best shot and then grind them down.

Watching our players go into full party mode heading into the fourth quarter of a tie game did not sit well then - and still doesn't.

What was more frustrating was that the first time (08) it happened spontaneously, in a tense ball game.

In the second, it appeared that the Buckeyes were waiting for it to happen so they could join in... while getting their asses handed to them on the field.
