Just don't see 2 things happening:

1. The Wiskey defense being able to run with the osu offense...just too slow
2. The Wiskey QB making enough plays to keep osu off balance

OSU is built to stop this type of team. I expect a lot of montee ball as well as the WR jet sweep...but i would love to see the osu defense just get after this QB

Will someone explain to me how Wussconsin is favored? Sure, they're at home...but they suck. It isn't like they've been invincible or anything, the Camp Randall effect seems to have disappeared this season.

I truly just don't understand it. Not that I'd *twitch* put money on a game again *twitch* but damn...they're making this seem like easy pickings *twitch*

This, more than anything, will decide the game. Curt Phillips is very much of an unknown (although I'd tend to err on the side of him not being good - at all) and this defense hasn't faced many quick teams on offense. Probably the fastest team they've faced is Nebraska, and that didn't turn out so well. Again, I don't see this one being that close.

False inflation from Wisconsin beating bad teams like Indiana and Minnesota handily.

I'd hammer that line if I were an OSU fan or anybody with half a brain.

The computers are giving Wisky the edge as well, but they don't account for Ohio State as a work-in-progress. another explanation is that Ohio State have have really under-performed against some pretty weak teams.

My explanation is that we see it differently because Ohio State is improving and Wisky have a coach who opened his mouth about Urban Meyer. I would be really surprised if school was not in session to help Bielma not make that mistake again.

Last week at Indiana, Wiscy had 71 offensive plays: 64 rushes and 7 passes. They set the school record for rushing yardage in a game with 564 yards (8.8 ypc). Meanwhile, QB Curt Phillips was 4-7-0 for 41 yards and 1 TD with a 153.5 rating. We stuff the run and Wiscy is going nowhere fast...
