Another impressive win. Yes I know competition has not been the greatest but we would have had tough time beating these guys last year. What a difference Matta has made on the defense

Keep in mind that Houston was down by 20 with about a minuite or so in the first half, and closed it to a 14-point gap at halftime, and then closed it to 12 or so early in the second half, but Matta's gang weathered it and got the lead back to 21 points late. They kept the game never in doubt. This team should be no worse than 10-2 going into the conference schedule, and with the rest of the schedule the way it is, we could very possibly be 12-0.

Do any of the local cable companies even carry CSTV? I have never heard of it.

Perhaps they have an arrangement like ESPN where they can sell their games to a locla station?

From Kyle Lamb on Bucknuts:

Ohio State wins it 78-61.

Great Showing by the Buckeyes for the most part. They were a little sloppy at times, but gotta love the effort and the shooting once again.

Ivan Harris finished with 19 points. Tony Stockman finished with 18.

Je'Kel Foster(9 points) and Matt Sylvester(5 points) both played well-- especially Sylvester, he seemed to play a very good all-around game. Jamar Butler (6 points) had his first two turnovers as a Buckeye, but sounded like he played pretty well.

Just listening to the feed on 1460thefan.com is kind of amusing. Ronnie Stokes seems just amazed at how much different this team from last year. They are playing with swagger and confidence and Matta is letting them run the floor. This could be a fun season to watch, Buckeyes.
