tOSU vs. Purdue, Sun 3/1 @ 7:30p ET, BTN

Russel is great but he is one of the few one and done players we've had that looks like he could use another year in the strength and condidtioning program. This year has worn him down the last few games.
I agree, he could improve his efficiency and preparedness for the next level with another year for sure. He struggled the first half tonight but came up big the second half.

Check out Cardale Jones' Tweets on 11W:

At halftime of yesterday's basketball game between Ohio State and Purdue, the chances of a Buckeye victory weren't looking very promising. Ohio State trailed the Boilermakers by 12 at halftime after shooting a dismal 7 for 26 from the field.

But something changed in the second half. The Buckeyes were able to rally to a 65-61 win and earn a huge Big Ten victory.

The change that was made? Well, it was probably Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones' move to the student section for the game's second half. According to LanternTV (below), Jones made the switch at halftime

Cardale Jones joined the Ohio State student section at halftime and suddenly the Buckeyes are tied with Purdue, 49-49.

and the Buckeyes never looked back (including these):

Wow, I'm almost 100 percent sure that these refs are footlocker employees

It may be time to suit up.... Sam, let me rock that 12 jersey

Number 1 from Purdue got a hair line like he's 46

I really hope these refs cars are getting towed as I tweet!

I saw Matt Painter complained on the B1G teleconference yesterday that Jon Octeus got called for 2 fouls that Painter said were not fouls at all. Of course, there was that phantom 4th foul call on D'Angelo and that time Purdue defenders kicked the ball 3 times before coming up with it, but who cares about those, Octeus not being out there longer so he could blow more layup attempts was much more important. :biggrin2:

I can't get too upset about a coach who does a little bitching about a call or two but still gives the opposing team its propers.

On the other hand, there's Tom Crean.
