If VT ends up with a very good showing in the rest of their schedule, then I will look back and feel better about this loss. Right now, I'm not sure VT is all that good, but they were a hell of a lot better than Ohio State today, and that's my main concern now. It wasn't a good game from Ohio State, not at all really. VT tried to give us the game for a little bit, but then took it back, Ohio State wasn't in a position to take anything for themselves though. VT may or may not have been a quality opponent for Ohio State, the rest of the season will tell us that. Question for you might be, was Ohio State a quality opponent for VT.

V/T came in to Ohio State, and had to play one of their best games. Our tradition, the presence of THE Shoe, the awesome sound of the crowd noise, really fired them up. They did not fear us but they Respected us, and they Won. We had many opportunities to win the game but we didn't

The only thing that pissed me off, was that V/T could not take that fire and respect for us, back to Blacksburg the next week and beat the shit out of East Carolina. But they didn't. I was hoping they were for real. Why do so many teams do that, after playing us, only to fall flat on their face the rest of their schedule............ Go Figure.

Doubtful. But we've proven little thus far and they beat is in our backyard. Saying they were better that night is a waste if time, because that was the chance we were given.
