Something I'm kind of curious about -- lots of these guys come in and put on a serious amount of muscle within their first two years in the program. Does anyone have any insight into what exactly the strength and conditioning program at OSU consists of? Lots of hard work, obviously, since this is and has been one seriously strong football team. I've also noticed that many current and recent players hold team strength records for their position as well.
