tOSU's strength and conditioning

Something I'm kind of curious about -- lots of these guys come in and put on a serious amount of muscle within their first two years in the program. Does anyone have any insight into what exactly the strength and conditioning program at OSU consists of? Lots of hard work, obviously, since this is and has been one seriously strong football team. I've also noticed that many current and recent players hold team strength records for their position as well.

I would love to know too. I bust my ass in the gym and just slowwwwwwly gain.
These guys put on 10-15lbs in the offseason, I would love to put on 10 lbs over winter.

If you had no job to worry about.. worked out from 6am to 12pm, and 4pm to 8pm in the winter... i'm sure you'd put on plenty.. lol.

stop working out and increase your food intake. lots o lard and carbs. drink yourself into a stuper every night. i promise you'll put on weight rapidly :wink:

it would be interesting to see what the s&c coaches recomend. though it will probably be what everyone else in the biz does.

Eat all the time. Plus they have scholarship tables which has some pretty good stuff- fried chicken, steaks, lobster, etc. Mmmmmmmmm.
