I know we've talked about the movie they were filming during this game (great pics of everything JW), but does anyone know what the movie is about?

Producers Freedom Films announced in a press release (via Coming Soon) that Russell has come on board to play Coach Hand, with Brian Presley in the lead role as a small-town farmer plagued by his past who is suddenly given the chance to do it all over again. It sounds like kind of a Freaky Friday-style wish fulfillment fantasy. Let the actual plot description explain it better than I can:leroyjenkins;1799036; said:I know we've talked about the movie they were filming during this game (great pics of everything JW), but does anyone know what the movie is about?
JCOSU86;1799169; said:In Touchback, "Murphy," played by Brian Presley, is a down-on-his-luck small town farmer and volunteer fireman whose glorious high school football days were cut short when he was critically injured during a playoff game. He often wonders "what if" and then is unexpectedly thrust from the present day back to that fateful instant that changed his life forever. But this time around "Murphy" has the choice to decide if he wants the life he has or the life that could have been.

Led by Ohio State graduate Don Handfield, in the tan hat, a small crew shoots a scene for Handfield's film Touchback during a break in the action at the OSU-Purdue game at Ohio Stadium.
Hollywood came to Ohio Stadium on Saturday for the filming of an upcoming Kurt Russell movie with a Buckeye theme.
A small cast and crew working on Touchback - written and directed by Don Handfield, a 1994 Ohio State University graduate in journalism and theater - had access to the playing field during the second quarter of the Purdue game.
With the real football Buckeyes trouncing the Boilermakers (final score: 49-0), two Tinseltown Buckeyes took snaps near the north end zone during timeouts and commercial breaks.
"It was pretty incredible - it's such an electric atmosphere," said Handfield, who coordinated the on-field action.
Additional filming on Touchback, set for release next fall, was done yesterday in Fredericktown and Coshocton, Ohio.
