ttun basketball (Juwan out, Dusty May in)

Timing is a funny thing. Two years ago, OSU and coach Matta parted ways in early June and the program ended up with a rising star, Midwest-based coach who has put together two strong seasons. It was pretty much a perfect fit and quite serendipitous, considering how and when everything played out.

Almost two full years later, you look around at the (realistic) candidates for Michigan basketball and there doesn't seem to really be that obvious or near-obvious fit from outside their program. Many of their fans already seem resigned to an internal promotion. I love it.

It's almost certainly going to be a internal promotion or some lame duck reach like LaVelle Jordan or Juwan Howard

I would not be pleased to see Thad Matta in Ann Arbor.
