ttun recruiting (all classes)

This is another case of them confusing a needle in a haystack (Ojabo) with being a trend.

Then again. Ojabo was a 4* in his class. None of the recruiting sites have even paid much attention to either of these 2 "BIG POTENTIAL!" Foreigners.

Ojabo also spent his whole HS career in the USA. Not the case for either of these 2 guys.

It also took Ojabo 3 seasons to finally "break out". If you are banking on a handful of players from the haystack breaking out every 3/4 years for success.....that's not a good plan.

<Eyebrow raised> Sounds like a great plan to me.</eyebrow raised>

So, again, they have their best season in recent memory. They FINALLY win a championship of any kind and make.the CFB playoff. The program has a rich history, so you would think they could sell the "_ichigan is back, come join us!" angle and start finally recruiting at the level everyone expected when Simple Jim came on. But, NOPE. They can't be bothered to embrace NIL, which is now ENORMOUS in recruiting. Their HC who finally, in year 7, delivered the type of season they felt would be the standard...but then he goes off the grid for a month desperately trying to find an NFL job. Their Broyles Award winning OC boots for a lateral move and trashes the program on the way out the door. So, here they are, going into the second half of July with the 35th ranked class (directly behind such luminaries as Arizona, Pitt, Iowa St, Minny, Purdue and TCU) and are trying to convince themselves taking two consecutive unknown international recruits is a positive thing.

There's also the large matter of the actual star of that DL opposite him, and his extremely high ranking in HS.

Buttttt, everyone up north says Xichigan has better players......(?) We'll see if the coachs up north can 'coach up' these 2-3*s into world beaters. Don't believe they have the coaching chops of a Wisconsin, who regularly turns 3*s into draft choices, but hey, be happy that Xichigan beat tOSU, that means Harbaugh will be around for more years for tOSU to beat the stuffing out of them. Let me be the first to predict - tOSU 54 - Xichigan 14. Go Bucks!

To the shock of no one, outside of DFBIA. 5* ATH Nyckoles Harbor seems to be trending to somewhere that's not Michigan. Not that anything suggested he was favoring scUM at any point anyways.

Funny thing now is that they "don't really want/need him anymore" because he wants to play offense instead of defense
Didn't they also think they were favored for that 5star DL from TN a year ago(Nolen I think was his name)?

Michigan offers 2023 QB Kendrick Bell (Yes, relation)
Submitted by BostonWolverine on September 6th, 2022 at 9:14 PM

Ronnie Bell's brother Kendrick, a 2-star QB with a UMass offer, has been offered by Harbaugh per his Twitter. Big bro with a predictably-awesome reaction, screen shot below. Really happy for the Bell family and the Michigan family. Clearly another potential high-character addition to the team.

Kendrick does not rank in the 247 composite and is rated the #138 QB and #43 player in Missouri by 247. Umass and Northern Iowa are his only other offers. This indeed seems to be a OFFER OFFER and not a PWO invite.
