Gene Smith said that Jim Harbaugh was rebuilding the program at TSUN. Harbaugh took umbrage, claiming that TSUN is the top program ever and was never anything less, or hyperbole to that effect.

Harbaugh recently said that Ash is building the Rutgers program. The post above seems to imply that Ash remains unaffected by his New Jersey surroundings and is insufficiently douchetastic to take umbrage at an obvious compliment the way that Harbaugh once did.

But that is rather a broad inference and is only a guess at the meaning of the post in question.
