We need coaches that can develop talent and create consistent, powerful, skilled, dynamic offense. Jim may not be able to do that - it is alluded him most of his career college and pro. We should be concerned and demand better from a staff making millions. We also need to win a few close games against teams with winning freak records - we lose them all. We lose and lose. Kneel and lose.

Stop with the "20 year old Shea will save us" soft crap - it is so weak.

My goodness was today disgusting.
Harbaugh has to manage the program.

Offensively he has failed this year with his hires and direction at multiple points

I’m one of his staunchest defenders but it is clear that this offense is poorly schemed/coached.

He has to make dramatic changes - Shea is not a silver bullet.
No Michigan coach has ever won the Big if they haven’t won it in their first 3 years.

You guys and gals have access that is not afforded the rest of us, and time after time have laid out a program that was improving and maturing, and ready to breakout. And, for the most of us we swollowed the pablum hook line and sinker. From here out please be honest with you assessments,, the one glaring example is the reporting of the O line with Frey and Drevno having the knowledge and coaching experience to field a strong and well schooled O line, this line was an utter disaster, and anyone who thinks that any of them are above a 5th round draft pick is just kidding themselves. And then we have heard time and time again how great a QB developer JH was (show me any positive results in the past 3 years. (And Jake Ruddock was already a mature QB when he got here)

I understand loyalty, but in the Corps if your officers and senior Staff NCO's (SNCO) are not leading and getting people hurt they are replaced, it is time for JH to put loyalty aside and clean house on the O side of the ball. If he cannot do this then we might as well resign ourselves to 9-3 or 8-4 for the rest of his contract.

It's not Sam Webb's fault, cliff.
Peters is tearing it up in practice though. “Going off”
Yeah these kids here sure know what they are talking about. Smh.

It seems Steve’s staff doesn’t sugar coat things like Sam does. And I have been with Sam for 10 plus years.
Oh how the sunshine has worn off for Mr Webb. That's a shame.
