Look, they will be prepared this year. They think they have a chance with Meyer gone. They think they have a chance at home. They think they have a chance because we have a new QB. They think they have a chance because we lost several key players. They think they have a chance because they want to avenge the loss last year. They think they have a chance because they will have prepared for Ohio State like never before. They think they have a chance because periods of dominance like this always come to an end and this is the best chance they have had in a long time. They think they have a chance because the year must come when they will win.

A year may well come when the Buckeyes are ill-prepared and enter The Game with a talent deficit. But this is not that year. The year may well come when Ohio State has not prepared for The Game since the final whistle of the last. But this is not that year. The year may come when a new Ohio State coach is overwhelmed by the spectacle and loses the heart to win. But this is not that year.

I go along with the main points, but they had "senior" team against one of the youngest teams in Urban's reign in 2018 and couldn't do it. They had a shot against the worst Buckeye defense in at least 20 years - one that lost it's top ranked player in game 3 - and couldn't do it. In fact, they barely beat us in 2011, at home, the Bucks with a first year QB, with three players suspended for much of the season, and with Shazier trying to play LB on one good leg and a ton of heart.

Regardless of the results which reflect the NCCA being awful and inconsistent, compare players and families openly talking about how grateful they are for Ohio State’s support during their transfer vs. players and families accusing Michigan of not being supportive to outright lying about their situation, and cut to Harbaugh on stage in front of cameras accusing players of lying in their transfer applications and getting into fights with other coaches about it.

Definitely apples to apples.
