Jesus H. Godbastard Christ, these are some smug self-fellating fucks. I took a stroll through Stadium And Main, and here's what I encountered.

The Harbaugh Effect is now reality

Top class in the b10 by far AND these are hard nosed kids. Michigan men.
Warriner has new pieces to play with and Brown will plug and play the new Vipers
Had the best coaches, now the best OL and Secondary talent in the B10, period
This to go with the best WR talent in the nation already on the roster

A great class of recruits. Go blue!
Next up - beat that school in scarlet and grey and we will be back to form. The Harbaugh effect will last for a long time.

Well in 2019, every single guy on the team will be a Harbaugh recruit (including any RS Seniors that may be left from the 2015 last minute scramble). The last stench of 2008-2014 air should be out the window. For that alone, I am thankful.
The last years of Lloyd were ok classes, but the level of effort on the recruiting trail was dwindling. However, the roster sill had talent. In 2008, Rich blew up the serviceable roster he inherited, and for 3 years the overall talent took a steep nosedive. Then came Hoke. Hoke was a good recruiter on paper and for the most part, and he stabilized the team with decent talent after Rich blew it up.
Then Harbaugh came and the overall talent level just took a sharp uptick. Even with the transfers, the talent level is lightyears ahead of what it was during the RR/Hoke years. If Harbaugh were to mysteriously disapear off the face of the Earth right now, the coach that would be hired would have a massively talented group to work with that only 4-5 other teams could match/beat in terms of raw talent.
On another note, almost all of the players on the defensive side will be Don Brown guys as well, so the consistency there should keep paying off - with a few fixes, of course. The offense is TBD, but we will see who stays/goes.

Harbaugh's was in his 4th year this year. Who the fuck do these dim bulbs think made up the team this year. Other than a couple of 5th year guys like Walmart Fabio, these were all Harbaugh's guys already.

I mean I give fuck-all about recruiting, so indulge my laziness on the subject and tell me exactly how our classes compared. They're acting like this is some crazy, Alabama class full of 5 star kids.
Our players are still better, but they have 27 versus our 16 and thus they have a slightly higher ranked class overall. It is exactly the type of delusional shit you would expect from the DFBIA to think that their class somehow reduces their talent gap much less puts them at an advantage.

So, and help me on my numbers here, if you look to get 10 quality contributors and 2-3 All-American/1st Round type guys out of a class then larger numbers give you a slight puncher's chance based on statistical probabilities, yet what really matters, aside from dumb luck, is the coaching they get when they enter the program.

Yeah, I'm good with it. Let them sniff their own farts for the moment.

Yes, ratings don’t matter, but they help. And finding underrated talent is possible, but if you do nothing but 3-star heaven you are Wisconsin or Michigan State if you are really, really good at it and get lucky every few years.

Here are the 247 composite rankings.

So tell me which class looks “by far” better. And Penn State is sitting right there as well at roughly the same class ranking with 18 commitments to reinforce how stupid that statement is.

The Harbaugh effect... when you lose the locker room in year 4 and lose all the big games. Notre Dame, Ohio State... and about to be 2nd bowl in a row.
But he's beat sparty twice!

Oh, wait...the two times he beat them was a 3-9 team and this year with an offense that has averaged < 20 ppg, which is incomprehensible in today's CFB.

They're basically ranked higher because they have a huge class of signees vs. a very small class for us. We kill them in average star/rating per recruit. They have a few pretty good recruits and are again very heavy on three-star kids. We are almost all 4 and 5 star kids.
