It must suck to live in your world - all negative, all the time.

Harbaugh just signed a top 10-15 class filled with 4-star depth players and a lot of speed everywhere. The early returns for 2020 predictions looks pretty nice, top 5-10. He's finally got an offense that can move the ball consistently with a philosophy that is as modern and competitive as any of the death star programs are running. His defense continues to be an annual top 10 affair. He just made, by all accounts, two outstanding coaching hires. He has a brand new training and support facility to better compare with factories like Clemson and Bama.

It's kind of like how after The Game '17 they convinced themselves they were the better team and would have won if they had a QB that could just make a few easy completions.

They all bought into that line of reasoning hook, line and sinker. Then 2018 happened.

Now they are back to "we would have beat Bama and OSU if but for a few easy completions" and then somehow 1) think they'll just improve whatever was wrong and 1) gloss over the inconvenient truths about starting over with a new QB and a new OL next year.

Their capacity for mass self delusion up there is something to see. I'll give them that.
