CB Jeff Okudah (1st Team Unanimous All-American, Houston Texans)

He's played CB the last 2 years in HS, said he's looking to play CB in college, he camped at the opening as a CB. the only place i see him referenced to as a saftey is in this thread.

Yeah, you're dead on. I assume he got rated as a safety initially because of his size, but in pretty much every high school game, 7-on-7 game and camp, he's repped as a corner. He's the type of talent who would be dynamic anywhere in the secondary, but he's got the tools to eventually be a 1st-round NFL corner. That said, if the corner spots are occupied and he's one of the best 11, FS is basically a slot corner anyway, so he may find some early PT there.

This thread is sitting on Page 4. Unacceptable.

247 - Okudah talks Buckeyes on top, Schiano impact, announcement date

Talks about the '17 Oklahoma class and his relationship with their staff. Recaps his visit to UGA and meeting with Coach Mel Tucker. FSU could be his next visit for the Clemson game with Browning and Wilson. OSU continues to lead and will take an official to Columbus. Considering a commitment at the US Army All-American Game.

I like the idea of Okudah, browning and Wilson all going to experience how electric the FSU environment can be while getting curb stomped by Clemson.

With or without Wade, tOSU has an amazing DB haul when you include Okudah at CB(and even Bolden at S). Talk about a no fly zone for the foreseeable future. Outside of Williamson, these are some of longest and rangiest set of DBs I've ever seen at tOSU.

CB:
Okudah(not yet verbal)
Wade
Williamson
Riep

S:
Pryor
Bolden(not yet verbal)
