WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba (2022 Rose Bowl MVP, Seattle Seahawks)

This kid is so so talented a WR. I could see him being our KJ Hill type, line him up all over for the mismatch and he can catch anything in his radius. Underrated speed, underrated vert, but exceptional hands and knowledge of the game

OHIO STATE WIDE RECEIVER COMMIT JAXON SMITH-NJIGBA HAS 325-YARD, FOUR-TOUCHDOWN GAME, INCLUDING SPECTACULAR ONE-HANDED CATCH

For his senior season as a whole, Smith-Njigba has now caught 66 passes for 1,432 yards and 23 touchdowns, even after missing time with a shoulder injury.

Smith-Njigba is ranked as the No. 57 overall prospect and No. 9 wide receiver in 247Sports' composite rankings for the class of 2020, and is one of four top-100-ranked wide receiver recruits for the Buckeyes in that class, along with Julian Fleming (No. 3 overall), Gee Scott Jr. (No. 64) and Mookie Cooper (No. 78). He's set to be one of at least top-100 wide receiver prospects to arrive in Columbus in a three-year span, along with current true freshmen Garrett Wilson and Jameson Williams and 2021 commits Marvin Harrison Jr. and Jayden Ballard.

Just sayin':

1) Undoubtedly the top WR haul in any 2020 recruiting class, which is a real credit to Brian Hartline*.

2) Add in Chris Olave, Jaylen Harris, and Jaelen Gill; and the receiving unit next year will really be a deep and talented group. It will be interesting to see which of the four incoming freshman are the best "route runners" and "downfield blockers" (which will go a long way in determining how much playing time they get, etc.).

* It's amazing how lucky the Buckeyes (i.e. and Urban Meyer) were to have him already on the staff after Zack Smith was fired.......

Agreed and even still I don’t think Hill was ever this dominant-looking as a prospect imo. Maybe there’s recency bias.

Kid seriously has the wheels to be the next Parris Campbell if he continues to work at his trade. I am definitely a believer in Hartlines skill and approach so I don't see why the guy can't be deadly in this Offense.
I would not be surprised to see him make appearances in upcoming games if he improves a bit...his speed is just too deadly.
