Urban F. Meyer (Former OSU, CFB and NFL coach)

Does this mean he wont be working in the AD? What about the classes mentioned at the end? Or he does all of the above and Fox gig is seasonal.
Would like to see him plugged in with University somehow, but maybe it's also good for Day to have a clean break?
Being that it says he's just joining their pregame show, sounds like a weekends only gig. Not surprising, it's easy cash for (presumably) minimal work.

RETIRED MAN SET TO GOLF. Urban Meyer still has one last remaining obligation as Ohio State's head coach – play golf. And conveniently enough, it's also one last chance for win over Nick Saban and Dabo Swinney.

13 coaches – Urban, Saban and Swinney included – are teaming up with a celebrity from their school to compete in for $650,000 that will go towards a charity of their choice and an endowed scholarship.

Urban's partner is former Buckeye running back Jeff Logan.

Former Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer and former running back Jeff Logan will represent the Buckeyes in the 13th annual Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Challenge charity golf tournament. Both competitors will look to contend for a share of the $650,000 scholarship and charity purse. The team’s winnings will be split between an endowed scholarship at The Ohio State University and the Urban & Shelley Meyer Fund for Cancer Research.

For the youngins and those with short memories, Logan played running back at Ohio State from 1974-77. You'd be very correct in assuming he didn't do much running during his first two years while he backed up a lad named Archie Griffin, but he did rush for over 1,200 yards as a junior and over 600 as a senior.

As for his golf prowess, I have no idea. But he better be damn good to justify choosing him over Buckeye legend Jack Nicklaus for a golf tournament.

Former USC players have been and continue to be outspoken regarding their disappointment with the product the Trojans put on the field, including former Heisman Trophy winner Reggie Bush. In comments to Los Angeles Times' Arash Markazi, Bush called the 2019 campaign a "put up or shut up" year for Helton.

"They have to win the division," Bush told the Times. "This is a put-up-or-shut-up season for them, especially for Clay Helton. I'm looking to see drastic improvements. People have to be held accountable and players have to be held accountable. They have to create an environment there where players really understand the tradition of winning that came before them."

Bush's comments don't resonate exclusively because of his status in the USC community but also because of his current team. As part of Fox's college football coverage this fall, Bush and Matt Leinart -- also a former Trojans star -- will be co-workers with Urban Meyer. If things start to go south for Helton and USC, the most high-profile candidate available will be right there in Los Angeles (at least one day a week), saddled up next to two national championship-winning Trojans.

"We'll definitely be recruiting him," Bush told the Times. "What makes you think we won't be recruiters? Nothing is off the table."
