Urban F. Meyer (Former OSU, CFB and NFL coach)

Well I will say this... if he comes back to coach USC I'll be a little peeved since he would have made another health excuse.

If he really has debilitating headaches when stressed why go across the country to coach at another big time University.

I'll root for him but part of me will be slightly annoyed too.

I won't root for USC. SoCal "fans" are fucking insufferable.

If he joined USC...
I know how you feel, but I can't help but think that the coaching door has closed. As I've said before, a guy that is the Asst. AD @tOSU, a panel member on Fox Sports and a restaurant owner in Columbus doesn't sound like a future coach @USC......or anyplace else, for that matter. Just sayin'.

I'll still root for him if he takes the SC job. Never understood why Florida fans acted like he was the first person to ever have health problems and take some time off and then return. Won't understand when Buckeye fans do it either
I Meyer were to coach again, I think there would be plenty of ground between the options of (i) whining about him coaching somewhere else, and (ii) actively rooting for his new team.

JIM HARBAUGH ON URBAN MEYER: “CONTROVERSY FOLLOWS EVERYWHERE HE'S BEEN”

105373_h.jpg

Urban Meyer went out 7-0 against Michigan and 4-0 against Jim Harbaugh in his Ohio State coaching career, but a few months into Meyer's retirement, Harbaugh is still swinging.

Harbaugh took a jab at the retired Buckeye head coach on Tim Kawakami's podcast with The Athletic, complimenting Meyer's record as a coach but criticizing him for the "controversy" that follows him.

"Urban Meyer's had a winning record. A really phenomenal record everywhere he's been," Harbaugh said. "But also, controversy follows everywhere he's been."

In terms of on-field production, Harbaugh did concede that as long as he's been at Michigan, his Wolverines have been no better than second best.

"All you can be judged on is your record. What your record is overall. What your record is within your conference. What your record is with head-to-head matchups," Harbaugh said. "I think you'll find Ohio State is the only team with a better record, a better conference record than us (since I've been there) and has a better head-to-head matchup with us."

Harbaugh will try for a fifth time to get his first win in The Game on Nov. 30th at noon. This rivalry doesn't appear to be cooling down anytime soon.

He's right.. the controversy Urban has caused for Michigan fans around the country is unmistakable

When you're 0-7 against your arch-rival, it creates controversy if your're the losing manager
