Urban F. Meyer (Former OSU, CFB and NFL coach)

Meyer’s record speaks for itself, and I’m ecstatic about every additional year he’s our coach—but one thing that stands out is the fluncuating attitudes of his teams. Every Tressel team had a familial and emotionaly strong feel to it. ‘15 and this year lack so much of that secret sauce you often find in championship level and overachieving lower level teams.

If you find yourself arguing that something in the past was "always" true, you are seriously mis-remembering.

Tressel's teams had just as many flaws in talent, scheme, execution and character as Meyer's teams do.

Yeah......that 2008 team in particular was a trainwreck in the locker room.

Yes, now Tress himself was pretty consistently low key and reassured. But his teams varied wildly. Meyer, on the other hand is more emotional so I'm sure fans see that difference.
