Week 10 CFB Open Thread

fuck the CFP. Really. It's a beauty pageant.

Beat scUM and win the B1G and keep putting dudes into the NFL. So long as a TV network pulls the strings while also having financial interests in 2 of the 5 potential feeder conferences the system is rigged.

It's always been a beauty pageant. That's nothing new.

Winning the B1G and putting players in the NFL....okay. How about Ohio State play up to its potential and stop letting shit teams like Rutgers look competitive?

Was Rutgers REALLY that competitive though?

Ohio STate lacked intensity and motivation in the 2nd half sure. That's a problem and the coaches are paid to fix that problem.

If teams are going to try to survive against Ohio STate by doing throw back laterals to offensive tackles, triple decker reverse passes on punts and kickoffs and fake fumbled snap plays, I think Ohio STate will be ok

but we’re the only top 5 team with possible defensive issues

Clemson just lost one of their two best defensive lineman for what looks to be a season ending knee injury. And it wasn’t like they’ve kept teams from scoring on them. Alabama hasn’t exactly been tested yet, so we’ll see about them. As much as I hate to admit it, Notre Dame looks solid. Still plenty of time for them to lose their yearly game they have no business losing, though.

Alabama had Ole Miss run up and down the field on them. They look to be getting better but they aren't near their usual standard.

Georgia looked mediocre against Florida.. There appears to be no really elite D this year.
