What are you currently watching on TV?

The wife and I re-watched all of Mad Men during January—that is 92 episodes in about 30 days—and it is even more solidified as a top-3 all-time TV drama for me. Not totally sure what the other 2 even are, but Mad Men will always be right in that conversation.

So many, just so many, meaningful and interesting characters, and I love how often we end up rooting for characters we started out hating. The Roger-Don dynamic is unparalleled. Don-Peggy is pretty great too. Outside the very top tier, my favorite is Stan. Freaking Glen is the worst.

Stanley Tucci’s Searching for Italy is some good watchin right about now. It’s on CNN, so obviously the the commercials suck, but the man is an international treasure, and he makes vicarious Italian food eating a lot of fun.

I’ve been watching that as well, and enjoying it.

I’m also just about to finish Peaky Blinders on Netflix, it’s from a few years ago, and I’ve zipped through it cause it’s so entertaining. But not for the squeamish, they’re a gang in Birmingham, England about 100 years ago.
