Finally saw Knives Out. Started Money Heist.
I saw Knives Out n Friday - what a fun new take on a classic murder mystery! Amazing cast and script, and I hear they are working on a Benoit Blanc sequel. Then I followed it up with Steve Carell in Beautiful Boy, and, seeing it through the eyes of both main characters, pretty much bawled through the whole thing.

On our triennial rewatch of Newsradio. Just a good damn show and great cast. It holds up so well for show over 20 years a old.

RIP Phil Hartman.

Fuck Andy Dick.
Rocket Fuel malt liquor! DAMN!!! I rarely miss celebrities who die young. Phil Hartman is one of the biggest exceptions to that. Just watched the classic “Mastermind” SNL skit the other day.

Reruns.....apparently most of Hollywood has shut down. Have rewatched the 2002 Championship betwixt tOSU and Miami several times, and yes, it was pass interference. Also, the B10 channel shows tOSU vs. Alabama game more often than the Championship (2014) game against Oregon. Agree it was the better game though.

Watching the original Star Trek on Hulu. I remember watching the reruns and enjoying the show when I was at tOSU. Still a decent show, but parts are somewhat hokey after 50+ years.

Just finished season 3 of Dark...holy fuck, what a fucking masterpiece. It mixes so many things together...physics, religion, mythology, philosophy, science, science fiction...and still tells a compelling small town character drama. It’s a fuckload to keep track of, but well worth it in the end. Plus, it was a finite show, and completely avoided the open-ended bullshit finale that many screenwriters think makes them smart, but instead just trolls their audience. It’s a thinking persons show, but holy hell, what a wild ride across 26 episodes. Plus, the theme song will stay in your head...great stuff all the way around.
