Aces Combat 6: Fires of Liberation - fun gameplay, painfully bad cut scenes and in-game dialogue. Makes a fun rental, would not buy.

Cancelled 1-month game pass as I exhausted most of the games I was interested in, not a very deep lineup at Blockbuster.

Final Fantasy 7: Crisis Core for the PSP.

I gotta say, the game so far has been pretty impressive, the graphics are nice, the storyline kicks ass, the new combat system took a bit to get used to but it's a lot more interactive than the previous FF games.

I just finished the regular season for Ch2k8, went 21-7 and Butler won player of the year averaging 22 ppg.

Signed a 5* 7'1 center in the mold of Mullens, a 5* 5'11 PG that is reminiscent of Ty Lawson, and a 5* 6'9 #1 ranked SG that came out as a 91 overall. Good god.

So, I just finished Crisis Core, overall the game was really good as far as play and life-sucking ability goes. The dialogue though, gah! I swear, the Japanese have this really weird concept of how we speak and how much we boast. Seems everyone of the characters that you play talks about how great he is, has horrible ambitions, and doesn't know how to interact with anyone else. But overall, I think it was great for the platform it was on, the PSP. Now I need a new game, maybe I'll go back to wanting to smash my guitar into the ground with Guitar Hero for a while, though I do have this urge to play Final Fantasy 7 again...
