Still have about 1000 players playing at anytime.

Crossroads and fishhook are my maps.

1000 is pretty solid considering how long it's been since it was the newest Socom. But, I can't remember the last time I logged in and there wasn't some serious glitching. :(

Battlefield: Bad Company.

Just rented it, but it has been an outstanding shooter & fun single-player thus far. The 'company' is entertaining, and feels/sounds pretty real compared with the awkward canned convos in most games.

Lego: Indiana Jones - cutesy game to play with the wife, but not nearly as fun as the Star Wars games. I'm hoping that the Batman game helps the series rebound.

Need for Speed: Street - blah. Turned it off after 30 min and returned it.

The Orange Box

The disc comes with 5 games, and I got it for $18 (with a $10 off card)!

Definitely one of the most underrated games ever. $18 is enough to pay for Team Fortress 2 alone.

Plus, playing the multiplayer is refreshing. I love playing COD4, but so many people that play on there are a bunch of jack offs, especially when it comes to racists.

So, if you're looking for an awesome game that is vastly underpriced ($25 used, $30 new) then I suggest picking up The Orange Box.

Playing: Tiger Woods 08, NCAA 09, Forza2, Halo3, a little GTA

I'm excited for the LEGO: Batman....I looked it up yesterday, it looks to be a pretty sweet game. I'm also awaiting FIFA 09

Warhammer is the next big MMO. This one will have the best chance to unseat World of Warcraft.

Its made by Mythic, who made Dark Age of Camelot which was extremely successful in the MMO industry.

Warhammer Online Age of Reckoning is a PvP game. Their main priority is their RvR(Realm vs Realm) system which pins the Order versus Destruction.

My guild and I will be playing and many of us are in the Beta. Open Beta starts for Pre-Order games(you can get a pre-order at best buy for 10bucks and if you do like it, pick it up and if you don't, don't) on September 3rd I believe. September 16th the game will go live for those who pre-ordered, and then for everyone on the 18th.
