A little over a month later, and the rich mahooooohhhgahny patina is really shining through as the oils and waxes begin to circulate through the leather.

Well, I called AE but had missed the window to cancel the order. Apparently, I bought the last pair in this size, so if they don't pass inspection, they'll notify me and cancel the order. But as of now, I have a pair of Oxblood Daltons on the way. I can always take them down to the store and return them after they arrive, but who am I kidding. Oh well, it may have been a drunk buy, but it was a 50% off drunk buy.

You could have brained her for her insolence with the skillet

Sadly my friends at st croix have some mexican facilities now, but on the upside, the mexican stuff is just pretty, hold both that and the park falls shit in your hand its an easy choice. (And actually its easy in the sense where its not do I drop the extra $50, its why dont I spend $100 less on a house brand rod... And to be fair, I have a pile of asian rods, and basically if they survive the first day, they're fine to use. And I so some fishing where... The equipment is going to suffer so.. lets roll in there with $50-70 in gear and not $3-400.)
