Breakfast- I could eat breakfast food any time of the day.

Prefer french toast over waffles over pancakes (I'm a little picky with pancakes)....Mrs. Butterworth's on it.

Prefer biscuits to toast. I love good buttermilk biscuits. I love to put creamed beef or sausage gravy over bad (Army Mess Hall)biscuits. Mrs. Butterworth's can soften up a hard biscuit pretty well too.

Hashed browns or Potatoes O'brien....with either a good sausage gravy over them or some ketchup.

Ham omelet, over medium, or scrambled eggs (with a little milk mixed in)...also with some good sausage gravy over them, or ketchup and hot sauce, or a little Mrs. Butterworth's.

Prefer sausage links over patties. Prefer crispy bacon over limp. Mrs. Butterworth's goes well over them.

I hate coffee, so I go with Diet Mountain Dew mixed with some Tropicana Pure Premium OJ.

Arillery,

Don't even get me startd on Lite syrup. That shit sucks.

My wife said it tastes the same and I tell her she's full of shit.

Only old fashioned Mrs. Butterworth's is the way to go.

None of that pansy-ass Lite nonsense.

I really don't mind the low-fat stuff except for breakfast. Breakfast is not a meal to be fucked with.

My family has the tradition of eating buckwheat pancakes with sausage gravy on them. I think it's an ethnic thing, but what ethnicity I don't know. I might be an old Quaker recipe. But whatever that shit is good. I tried ordering it at an IHOP once and the cook refused to prepare it the way I wanted it. He instead put the gravy in a bowl on the side so that I had to pour it on myself. After I did it he came out to make certain that I actually was eating it that way. He couldn't believe anyone liked it.

Meal--I love chicken, pork steaks, pork chops, and Mexican food. YUM

Snacks--Chips and Salsa, Potato chips, FunYuns

Vegetables--Potatos (baked, fried, the red-variety, mashed)...all so very delicious, Green Beans, Cucumbers, Broccoli

Breakfast food--Don't eat breakfast too often but when I do it's usually some sort of cereal (Lucky Charms, Fruit Loops, Fruity Pepples, preferably), bagels, fried eggs, bacon, hashbrowns...yum

Meal: My own grilled st.louis cut ribs. Has to be rubbed and set aside for at least 4 hrs before going in the smoker for 3-4 more hours. Fries with either hot sauce or left-over rub seasonings on top. Salad with mixed greens, tons of tomato, celery and cucumber with just enough balsamic vinegar to coat.

Beverage: I used to drink nothing but diet coke for years (at least 2 liters a day) but stopped cold turkey just over two months ago. Nothing but water now and I cant describe how much better I feel.

Snack: I never snack, nothing ever.

Veggies: Pan fried sliced potatoes and onions finished with Cholula hot sauce. Seared asparagus. Broccoli smothered in cheese.

Breakfast: Has to be cinnamon pop tarts. without question.
