What road venues have you been to watch Ohio State play?

Not really an away game, but I went when Ohio State played against Toledo in Cleveland. 2009-ish? I think that it was officially an away game for Ohio State. But maybe it was a neutral site game. Either way, it was far enough from Toledo that it probably shouldn't count as a home game for Toledo.

I posted in another thread that I'd like to see an Ohio State win in every other Big Ten stadium, but going to Happy Valley makes me not even want to try this. I guess I could amend the challenge to "seeing an Ohio State win in every other stadium for teams who I think SHOULD be in the Big Ten." Then I don't need to go to Happy Valley at all.

B1G wins :

TTUN
Penn St
Sparty
Indiana
Purdue
Illinois
NW'ern

Municipal Stadium in Cleveland vs NW'ern in 1991
Browns Stadium vs Toledo in 2009
Texas in 2006
Washington in 2007
Virginia Tech in 2015

Fiesta Bowl in Tempe vs Notre Dame on 1-1-2006
Rose Bowl vs Oregon on 1-1-2010
AT&T Stadium (JerryWorld) Cotton Bowl vs USC on 12-29-17

All of the above included victories. Counting the Shoe, looks like I've seen the Buckeyes win in 20 different stadiums.

I've also seen losses at the Shoe, at Purdue, Illinois, NW'ern, Wisconsin, and Nebraska; and at:

Coliseum vs USC in 2008
Rose Bowl vs USC on 1-1-1975
BCS Champ Game in Glendale vs Florida on 1-8-2007
BCS Champ Game in the Sugar Bowl vs LSU on 1-7-2008

Stadiums I regret missing:
Cal in 2013
Navy at M&T Bank in Baltimore in 2014
Oklahoma in 2016

I saw ND play LSU in South Bend when I was a kid.

I'll get to Maryland and Rutgers in the next few years. Hopefully I'll get to Autzen vs Oregon in 2020 and to Boston College in 2027. I also need to get to a game in Indy.

Favorite venue - Nebraska & Wisconsin (UNL has my favorite stadium outside of the Horseshoe, and you're guaranteed a classic in Camp Randall. You're guaranteed one in Happy Valley too, but their stadium's a tinker toy piece of trash and their fans act like you kicked their dog prior to meeting you)
Least favorite venue - Illinois (there are a good number of nicer high school stadiums in Texas than Memorial Stadium, their fans do nothing but complain all game, and the game's not likely to be very exciting)
Best atmosphere - Penn State (their White Outs are on a whole different level)
Best in-stadium food - Maryland without a doubt (crab cakes, Big Ten flavor ice cream, soft pretzels with crab, etc)
Best craft beer suds pre & post game - Iowa & Wisconsin (Toppling Goliath & Surly are easy finds in IA, New Glarus is common in Wiscy and they've got a lot of other such that you cant find in Ohio)
Friendliest fans - Nebraska, with Virginia Tech deserving mention (UNL fans will come up to you, welcome you to Lincoln, ask how your trip has been... just salt of the earth folks. Had a lot of good natured fun with the VaTech fans pre and post game)
Worst fans - Penn State & Wisconsin (PSU's fans are just plain mean... no other way around that, and Wiscy's are cool until about 30 mins before the game... that's when they're good and drunk and have their game faces on)
Easiest places to navigate/get in and out - Purdue, Illinois, Minnesota
Hardest places to navigate/get in and out - Indiana, Penn State, Rutgers (IU and PSU pretty much have 1 way in and 1 way out... both are nightmares... get there plenty early. Rutgers' traffic pre-game was nuts and we had to bribe a resident near the stadium to let us park in his yard to go to the game)
Strangest parking situation - TSUN (be prepared to park ON a golf course... literally)
Best Ohio State tailgating away from home - Indiana (LOTS of home fans, tons of open field parking, shortest trip, plus you'll want to get there super early with the traffic anyways. Tailgating is a no brainer)
Fly and for the love of Pete don't drive - Minnesota (it's WAY the hell up there. The drive gets particularly boring north of Madison when you're already ready to be there)

2014 - vs Navy @ M&T Bank Stadium
2014 - @ Maryland

Perhaps I should start attending more away games. 2014 was a pretty decent year, if I remember correctly.
