I settled for Subway too. I figured since they had that 2 for 7.00 deal I could get Lunch and dinner all in one pop.

I got a 12'' southwest steak and cheese with jalapenos and lettuce and an Italian BMT with mayo, italian dressing, green peppers, and bananna peppers. Both toasted.

Sandwich made from Spiral Ham(leftovers from Sunday dinner with Crump's parents), candied carrots, yogurt, orange, and salad.

Iambrutus, I just went from 280 to 268 by constantly drinking water. I stopped living off of pop and sweet tea. I was going through a case of mount and do :biggrin:
in 10 days or so. I'm hardly a weight loss success story, but it's worth a try.

Lunch starts off with 30 minutes on the stairmaster.
Then 50 reps of lower back extensions and ab crunches.
My shoulder is a mess so I am going on two weeks of not lifting.:(
Sauna and a shower then back to work.

Now I will have some summer vension sausage made by a nice Amish family outside of Dayton from the deer we killed two falls ago. I'll add some extra sharp cheddar and aged swiss cheese and enjoy it all on some triscuits washed down with a diet coke and two quarts of water.

I have a mini fridge and a cabinet full of food in my office.:)

I tried to talk my wife into an afternoon special lunch but she was at tennis.

Until they start pumping caffiene into water, this just won't fly.
