Where is the student section

I just bought tickets online for OSU/Miami game in section 3a and the add says 'no id required". Before I pay I want to make sure this isn't a student section and get burned with requiring an ID. I can't fint anything online on where the student section is. Anybody know the student section or sections that require ID to get in. Any help would be appreciatted. Thank you.

The student section is generally in the north endzone portion of A deck, the north west portion of C deck, and most of the south stands.

Also, the ticket is either a student ticket or not a student ticket, and you can upgrade student tickets so that they don't require IDs, so the section is irrelevant.

You can only upgrade student tickets if you are the student that bought the ticket.

so if the person in the ad advertised that they upgraded and no id is required, the section is irrelevant and you have to trust that they actually upgraded it, if you don't trust the person than I suppose the section would be a clue if you were about to get screwed, otherwise it doesn't matter

Correct. Once you're thru the front gate no ID is required to get to your seat, but I'd want pics that the tickets were in fact not Student tix even if the seats are generally in a "non-student section" because even though South Stands & North End Zone have the highest concentration of students there are student tickets scattered throughout the rest of the stadium (other than club seats :wink: )

yeah there are, you just have to buy them individually rather than as part of the season package

if the tickets are in hand, the ones that say STUDENT across the side and OSU ID REQUIRED across the bottom in big bold letters are the ones that require an ID, they try to make it as easy as possible on us everyone :tongue2:

You can sit in those sections without a buck id. You can upgrade your ticket (which takes out the student discount). So it is possible
