Let’s turn the clock back one year and look at the Big Ten recruiting rankings for from 247Sports. Whose fortunes rose? Whose fell? Eight of the 14 teams rose in the ranking by 247Sports from 2015 to 2016. The team that made the biggest jump was Michigan, which went from No. 48 to No. 5, a rise of 43 places. Having over a year to woo this class was a boon for Jim Harbaugh. Will he one day land the nation’s No. 1 class? He may. The next biggest jump was made by Minnesota, which made a jump of 15
