All the big Ohio State news, in one helpful place.

"With five players on the North roster, it should come as no surprise when Ohio State players have good days at this year's Senior Bowl."

- Dan Kadar, SB Nation

Ohio State has five players on the North roster for the Senior Bowl, and they largely owned the first day of practices on Tuesday. Tyvis Powell, Nick Vannett, Braxton Miller, Joshua Perry, and Adolphus Washington are all representing the Buckeyes. Braxton Miller caught plenty of eyes as one would think. Miller has been studying Julian Edelman of the New England Patriots and Randall Cobb of the Green Bay Packers, as both played quarterback in college. The multiple talents that Miller possesses has caught plenty of eyes.

Adolphus Washington stood out on the defensive side of the ball representing the Bucks. We all already knew how great of a player he was, but his name often got buried in the star-studded roster from this past season at Ohio State. Kadar notes that scouts were quick to meet up with Washington after his drills to talk to him and set up future meetings. It seems if Day 1 is any indicator, the Senior Bowl should be nice for the participating Buckeyes.

"I would love to come help out Julio [Jones] in Atlanta. I would love to wear the red and black."

- Braxton Miller, via Vaughn McClure, ESPN.com

Braxton Miller has had tons of eyes on him throughout his college career, and especially this season, with his switch to wide receiver. That trend has continued at the Senior Bowl practices, where he set quite the impression on the first day. Miller had an informal conversation with the Atlanta Falcons, which seemed to strike a good nerve with him, especially when speaking of playing aside Pro Bowler Julio Jones.

The Falcons offense hasn't quite been the same since Harry Douglas had a string of injuries. Prior to those injuries, he was a pretty reliable slot receiver for the Falcons, and provided relief for Julio Jones and Roddy White. Miller told McClure that he studied Jones and his route running ability, something that he feels he really needs to improve on, and that's fair. Switching positions is not easy, especially going to one such as wide receiver where the intricate skills are very important. It's also amazing how well Miller has already made the transition, and it's scary how good he could become. Having a mentor in Jones would be a pretty decent start.

"He's completely healthy now and reminds some in the Ohio State program of Carlos Hyde with his bruising running style."

- Chris Low, ESPN.com

ESPN's Chris Low made a list of college football's next big things, and Ohio State running back Mike Weber was one of a handful of players to make the cut. He compares him to Jabrill Peppers in the sense that both suffered injuries their freshman years that kept them from the field. But Weber is completely healthy now, and ready to make an impact in the Buckeye backfield, and there's a lot more room now with Ezekiel Elliott entering the NFL Draft.

Low compares his running style to that of Carlos Hyde, which certainly wouldn't be opposed by anybody in the Ohio State fanbase. Weber is more than capable of taking over the starting job, and will be one of many fresh faces on the Ohio State offense come the first week of the 2016 season. If he lives up to his hype, he's sure to become another fan favorite in Columbus just as Zeke did.

#tOSU LB Joshua Perry looked great at practice yesterday, but he tweaked his groin and will be sitting out the rest of the week.

Former Ohio State linebacker Joshua Perry was one of the Buckeyes expected to participate in the Senior Bowl, but he suffered a groin injury during the first day of practice. As a result, Perry will be sitting out, and Alabama will now have the most players at the Senior Bowl with five. Perry was one of the Buckeyes participating in hopes of increasing his draft stock.

Perry could still stay in Mobile and have informal conversations with NFL teams. He did impress during the little performance that scouts were able to see. Perry's physique was also a big talking point, and some even thought he had the best frame of anybody at the Senior Bowl practices. Hopefully Perry is able to make the most of his time in Mobile.
