Ohio State should definitely be in the top five now, with Holmes, Ginn, and Gonzalez added to the list, and Robiskie on his way to stardom. And Roy Hall certainly has the talent to emerge as a pro.

Hartline & Small are definitely on the horizon as well.

Not that it makes any difference now and of course OSU still won, and if memory serves, scored on that particular drive (The second and short, fake Wells dive up the gut pass to Teddy play, I believe (which, of course, came against the SAME Leon Hall who had just been burned by Robo :slappy:), but Teddy totally whiffed on a block that would have sent Robo to the house.

Ginn was trying to direct him to make the proper cut so he could block from what I remember. I think Robo saw all that green and got too excited.

Michael Jenkins would be having a better pro career if his QB threw more completions or just threw more period. I hope Jenkins gets out of Atlanta.
I'm not usually one to defend Vick, but Michael Jenkins would be having a better pro career if he didn't have so many drops.

Recruiting: 2008 Wide Receivers

By Braden Gall

cont...

10. DeVier Posey, Ohio State (Cincinnati, Ohio) No. 39
This hard-working, precise pass catcher is becoming one of Terrelle Pryor's top targets in only his second season. He is leading the team in receptions-per-game so far this year and reached paydirt against Toledo this weekend. He is an extremely refined pass catcher and has already exceeded his 2008 stats in every category.

The #s: 24 rec, 258 yds, 2 TDs

18. Lamaar Thomas, Ohio State (Ft. Washington, Md.) No. 68
This do-everything type player has played in all but three career games at Ohio State. While his impact on the receiving game has yet to be serious, he is starting to make an impact in the return game. He is part running back and part receiver, so expect his role to increase as the year goes on. He can make plays in space and Ohio State needs that.

The #s: 6 rush yds, 4 rec, 29 yds, 511 return yds

cont...

21. Jake Stoneburner, Ohio State (Dublin, Ohio) No. 80*
This kid is one the most athletic tight ends in the nation. In fact, he really is a glorified wide receiver. With senior Jake Ballard taking most the reps at the position currently, Stoneburner is using this season to learn the offense and get bigger and stronger. Next season, he should have the role to himself and could put up huge numbers. He redshirted last season.

The #s: 2 rec, 30 yds
