Will party with Ohio State anytime.

Had a great time with ALL the Ohio State fans. And your band kicks A$$ and the HDM puts alot of old school class into the show. Thinking about going to your next bowl game just to party with your fans.
Thanks for a GREAT Week in S.A

I'm glad you had a good time, cowboy. It's always nice to hear from another school's fans that they had a good time with the Buckeye nation. Aside from a few idiots, we're a good bunch, and just enjoy getting together for a good game (unless you root for scUM.... ) I didn't get to the game, but I did see a lot of Cowboys here on the board leading up to the bowl. From what I read, you guys were great- lots of class and excitement for the game.

You're always welcome.

Good People

I was there at the game (I am stationed in San Antonio), and I saw nothing but class from their fans.

I was also stationed in Oklahoma City (Tinker AFB) for 3 years (94-96). It's a great state with really great people. If there was one place that I would retire to after the military other than Ohio, it would be Oklahoma (plus, it's really cheap to live there).

Then you must have some grrrrreat stories about the sooner faithful! :roll2:

Seriously guys, the reason you percieve OSU fans to have such high class is because of the crap we all deal with on a daily basis from our rivals. Each day I am reminded how NOT to act and am driven to be a better fan and representative of my university. I think the same can be said for your daily interaction with your rivals.

Said it before and I'll say it again, I had a great time working with you guys and hanging out with your fan base in SA. But I gotta say, yall need to work on getting more hotties into Scarlet  the orange hotness factor was overwhelming!

Hopefully we all will meet again, and give you a better shot since we were obviously distracted. First though we need a matchup with LSU's new coach in the 2006 Cotton Bowl. How's 2007 in the Fiesta Bowl for the National Championship sound for you guys?

I know I'm late to this love-fest, but I have to add my bit too.

I've enjoyed everything here on this site and hope y'all enjoyed the exchange. Except for the part where we were booed at the bowl pep rally, I was really happy with you guys. :)

Now that we have that Michigan scumbag outta Stillwater, I'm betting many OSU fans will be rooting for OSU against the Rines in the future.

The OkSt fans that we met in San Antonio were awesome. I did see a couple asshole buck fans, but there are a few in every crowd. The best part about that was that other tOSU fans stepped in and ran the assholes off before they got too bad.
I met one older (70+/-) Cowboy fan and his wife at a pub called Mad Dogs down on the river walk. They were great people and huge OkSt fans, both football and basketball. He was crushed when the Zags held on to win the b-ball game.
The atmosphere at Durty Nellys(wg=here we spent the majority of our time) was great. alot of fans from both schools partying together.

All in all the game, the atmosphere and the friendly fans on boths sides made this one of the best bowl games my wife and I have ever been to.

Congrats go ouy to the fans of both schools!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
