They mad. Perhaps we should suggest they I don't know "Deal with it?"

Badgers hold grudge after 'Jump Around' trolling by Ohio State, Illinois
Oct 27, 2019

When "Jump Around" is played at Camp Randall Stadium prior to the start of the fourth quarter, it creates one of the unforgettable atmospheres in college football as fans literally rock the house in support of the Wisconsin Badgers.

When the Ohio State Buckeyes and Illinois Fighting Illini play it in their stadiums during and after victories against the Badgers -- as they have in consecutive weeks -- it's unforgettable for a different reason.

"That's something that we hold dear at Wisconsin," tight end Jake Ferguson said, according to Cleveland.com. "It's usually a time to get excited and get pumped up. Coming into somewhere else and having them play, it definitely stings a little bit."

Ohio State was the latest to do it, playing "Jump Around" midway through the fourth quarter of Saturday's 38-7 rout of No. 13 Wisconsin at Ohio Stadium. A week earlier, as Illinois fans stormed the field, the song blared on the Memorial Stadium speakers after the Illini stunned the then-No. 6 Badgers 24-23.

"I think a lot of our guys are looking forward to playing these guys again," Ferguson said.

To be fair, the one quote they had was from Jake Ferguson, who only said that it stung to hear Jump Around in a road stadium. He also said that he thought a lot of their guys were looking forward to playing these guys again, but its not clear if he was referring to tOSU or Illinois, who also played Jump Around....

I think he meant tOSU since they can't play Illinois again this year. I guess it's possible he was talking about next year's game against the Illini but I doubt it

I think two things need to be said here.
1. Jump Around is a fantastic song
2. Jump Around at Wisconsin is a top 5 tradition in all of CFB for me

That makes playing it when you beat them soooooooooooooooooooo much better. DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH DUH DUH DUUUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Yeah that's weak as hell. I always find it kinda humorous when people act like this is some time honored tradition rooted in the history of the program. They've been doing it since '98. It's kinda fun to see when you're not playing them. That's it.

Anyway, when you're finally done digging that chin strap out of the turf you were driven into, you'll have a lot more to worry about than the damn song.
