Workout Music (merged)

MolGen: My favorites are "Cool Enough for You", "Fistfull of Sand", "Suckerpunch", "Every New Day", "World Without End", "You Can't Handle This", "Abraham Lincoln Beard (All 3 Parts)", "Stinky Hippy", "At Least I'm Not Like All Those Other Old Guys" and the absolute best FIF song of all time......."Pootermobile"!

Basically, if it's Five Iron, I like it! My favorite album has to be "Our Newest Album Ever!" which is (quite ironically) one of their oldest.

If you're still taking suggestions you might want to think about adding "Crazy" by Gnarls Barkley, "Mars, the Bringer of War" by Gustav Holst, several Rush songs (although most women seems to hate Rush) such as "Subdivisions", "Bravado", and "New World Man", and maybe, since you seem to like hip hop and rap, a little Salt 'N Pepa (I'd suggest "Whatta Man" and "None of Your Business")

Hey, looks like my playlist! And on top of that add Slim Thug, Paul Wall, Z-Ro, Bun B, and HiTek's "Nati Streets" for good measure. Oh, and copious amounts of Lil' Jon.

Ironically enough, I just got that Nike+Ipod sports kit and lemme tell you, that thing is sweet. It's a pedometer that wirelessly transmits data back to your ipod nano and speaks the info to you through your headphones in a pleasant female voice. You can keep track of time, miles ran, calories burned, everything. It even knows what your previous records were for distances and times and lets you know if you beat them. The coolest part is as you approach your goal (distance, calories, time, whatever), it will begin reminding you more often by saying "500 meters to go" or "10 more calories to burn". And on the final leg turns on your "Power Song" to get you pumped up. The pedometer sensor itself is made supposedly to work only with the special Nike+ shoe (read: overpriced gimmick), but it can work in any shoe if you just tuck it between the laces. All in all, worth the $30.
