World coming to an end

Airspace

Senior
If old news - then I am sorry but thought I would post this info anyway.

Rushing Offense

Minnesota - 1617 yards - 323.4 yards per game

Michigan State - 913 yards - 182.6 yards per game

Wisconsin - 909 yards - 181.8 yards per game

Illinois - 897 yards - 179.4 yards per game

Purdue - 716 yards - 179.0 yards per game

Northwestern - 810 yards - 162.0 yards per game

Penn State - 763 yards - 152.6 yards per game

Indiana - 672 yards - 134.4 yards per game

Ohio State - 460 yards - 115.0 yards per game

Michigan - 505 yards - 101.0 yards per game

Iowa - 464 yards - 92.8 yards per game

Who would have ever thought that Ohio State and Michigan would be at the bottom in the Big Ten in rushing. The world must be coming to an end. Poor Woody must be spinning in his grave and Bo must be reaching for his heart medicine.

I love watching Minnesota's offense. Not only are their running backs spectacular, but their blocking is a thing of beauty.

I would love to see us run out of the "I" with Joe as the lead blocker. After hearing JT's comments last week about Joe and Pittman being a bigger part of the offense that is what I thought we would see. There is no excuse for 1st and goal from the 4 and not just cramming it down their throat...like Lydell's run against NC State after Whitner's interception.

We need to get back to basics and just hit the guy in front of you as hard as you can.
