WR Binjimen Victor (Birmingham Stallions)

Interesting the coaches compared him to Moss and Green. I definitely have made the Green comparison but I think Moss may be more accurate with his style of play. Either way, add 10-15 pounds to his frame and we are going to have a star in Victor. Probably is the player I am most excited to watch from the 2016 class. Incredible talent but his skillset and frame is one I have not seen in my time watching OSU football...not really any OSU player I can compare him with.

Honestly, IMO he compares to Brian Robiskie. Both taller, lanky, with surprising strength, good-great route runners but not going to be burning DBs, and both with very good hands. The combine description of Roboiskie even reminds me of Victor. Robo was a very good possession WR, which is what I think Victor can become. And that's not a knock, as we can always use a sure handed WR that can move the chains.

Yeah only a few receivers in the past decade and a half are really comparable to him Micheal Jenkins and Robo are all I can come up with. Really interested to see his frame change going through Coach Mick's workouts, and get him somewhere around 220. Our receiving corps is going to be by far the best in the big ten (with addition of 2017 WRs). Could see our offense averaging 50 ppg with those weapons.

Oh good lord don't jinx the team by predicting ridiculous averages. The same was said about last years team. Play calling and chemistry are 2 very important things that we all learned last year that can doom any team no matter how talented on paper

I don't really see Moss. Moss had elite speed where I think BV is just fast not elite. He does attack the ball better than many WRs I've seen in a while which is what made me love his skillset from the beginning. I think he's very similar to Julio Jones and if he puts on some muscle, which he's sure to do, he could be a ridiculous force to be reckoned with very soon.

I honestly don't even see Julio Jones. Jones runs in the 4.4 range, which Victor does not. I see Victor as a possession WR who won't be pulling away from college DBs, he didn't even do that in HS. Jones burned a number of DBs at all levels. And the Moss comparison is laughable, Moss is literally in his own class. Not fair to compare almost any kid to Moss. That's like comparing a big RB to Adrien Peterson just because he's big

Lol seriously dude? The comment was made for the 2019 or 2020 season under many assumptions hence is why I listed (2017 receiver haul). I never made a prediction about last years scoring and last years problem was poor play calling. 2013-14 seasons averaged 46 points. Back too Victor! Another buckeye receiver comparison for Victor could be the not very speedy and seldom seen Chris Vance. Vance's lanky arms, big hands and plucking ability show a little comparison but he's shorter and slower than Victor.

And I didn't say that YOU made predictions about last years, team, I just said they were made. And in the off season, many future proclamations are made. And we obviously agreed on last years issues.
Not too familiar with Vance, I have to admit. Victor will be an interesting WR to follow, because I think he'll have a redshirt year to gain some muscle and work on DB separation. He can be special at moving the chains and in the red zone. Pretty much the things we were hoping that Jeff Greene would've done.
