WR Chris Olave (1st Team All B1G, 1st Team All-American, New Orleans Saints)

The QB for Minny might be tough to beat but I couldn't be more excited for Chris.

Proof that sometimes rankings aren't everything. Still reminds me so of Devin Smith

Becuse of similaritiy in the last name...., he reminds me of this guy (who wasn't all that bad of wide receiver either):

Just wanted to chime in on how great this young man played. In addition to catching the first two Buckeye TDs, Olave drew a huge pass interference penalty late in the 2nd quarter to overcome the unsportsmanlike bullshit that we had just been called for. Michigan's first real penalty (that false start on 4th and 2 doesn't really count when they didn't seem to want to actually run a play), and most importantly an automatic first down when we had a lot of yards to go. Got us in great position for a quick march down the field for a field goal to stem the momentum shift.

And then he blocked the punt. Game set match.

Chris Olave has a ton of great football left to play here. A lot. And I look forward to that. But that performance was one of the best I have ever seen in this rivalry, and probably the most unexpected. I mean, wtf saw that coming? I don't even think Chris Olave's parents did. But that is what makes this sport so exiting. Damn great job Mr. Olave. No matter what you do from here on out, you cemented your legacy in this rivalry game. Pretty remarkable.
