That misguided “loyalty” was my biggest (only?) issue with Urban. As successful as he was I can’t help but wonder how much more he would’ve done with less of that.

I hope he sticks around for a while and can move into an OC down the road when Yurcich/Wilson leave eventually.

Bama would have still gotten in.

I have a feeling they're going to need to give Brian more money. He has been electric on the recruiting Trail and the on-field results are there also. We better pay him when he becomes a wanted commodity.

I think he has potential to become an OC someday. Really hope he can grow into it and step in as the next OC at tOSU. If the time is right and they make a good offer I think it sets up very well for him. Glad to have him on staff.

I think he more generally aimed his barbs at the coaching- I don’t think he called anyone out by name until recently - as pnuts mentioned - he defended Beck as a QB coach and indicated Warinner was the guy fucking up play calling most of 2015 (and presumably 2016).
