Many have asked, emailed, tweeted so to confirm I will be joining Anthony Rothman from Noon to 3 on 97.1 The Fan starting next Tuesday. We will Do It Live, we intend on dominating. I will be adding the radio duties to my tv duties and so now all that is needed is a column in the Dispatch and my media takeover of Central Ohio will be complete.

D.Stanley gets GOP endorsement for City Council:

Former Buckeye and TV and radio sports analyst Dimitrious Stanley also received backing from the GOP Central Committee after he announced his candidacy for one of five seats up for election on City Council in November.
Stanley, 40, and founder and owner of Source Fitness LLC in Columbus, said he’s entering politics after encouragement from family and friends. He was an Ohio State wide receiver in the mid-1990s and member of the 1996 Rose Bowl team.
Stanley is a political newcomer who Republicans said they’ll have to groom into a candidate.
“I know a lot of people talk about my lack of experience, but the work that I’ve done in the community I feel gives me the tools I need to do a very good job,” Stanley said. “I want to help people and make this community an even better place to live.”
