Parris is on kick return. After PSU turned his fumble into six and went up 14-0, he goes back on the subsequent return occupying the other half of the field from KJ. When the kick goes to Hill, Parris runs up ahead to block. He collides forehead-to-forehead with a PSU gunner. Watch him after the collision ... he's clearly 'punch drunk' immediately after it happens:

EDIT: Correction. Seeing it again maybe elbow or shoulder? Somethings going on with his left arm. He grabs it immediately and it's flopping around like he's lost muscle control.
