I didn't know he came on here and said he was dumping players. He originally said he wanted to deal Pujols for a C, OF, or RP. I offered BJ Ryan. He came back with Prince Fielder. Then he told me he wanted to just dump him outright.

Not everyone checks their team out every day and I can't veto these trades by myself.

I don't want pujols for nobody (the original offer was pujols for Prince Fielder), but I don't want pujols going somewhere else either

Holliday's a fine player, but you would still be getting Pujols for nothing had that trade not been vetoed.

my point was i would rather he stay on the team and just not update it, but I'm not going to be the schlub that said no and then find out later that he traded him to somebody else.

Possibly........That is unless some decent ones surface. Pujols for Ryan is a bit like trading A-Rod for Bob Wickman.

I bumped the trade eval. to 5 days. I think this is a bit better since some don't check their team everyday.

Any other suggestions for tweaking the league?

As I stated in a note on the front page of our league, if it becomes a consensus that someone is up to some shady business we'll suspend them from making any transactions for a given amount of time. Hopefully it doesn't become that big of an issue, I like to just let the season roll.

Bull Shit. BJ Ryan is a top notch closer. Matt Holiday is a solid outfielder. The kid wanted C, OF, or RP for Pujols, so I offered the 2 that I can since I don't have a backup catcher.

Last year in another league when I was towards the bottom I had 1 star player and a bunch of nobodies, so I traded the star for several quality guys. I won the league. But keep vetoing all my legit trade offers.
