The W/T and W/R positions are flex positions. In W/T, you can start a Receiver or a Tight End, In W/R, A Receiver or a Running Back.

Yes, each week, you'll have three starting QB's.

Don't ask. BUMLOSERIDIOTS (an appropriate name for my little brother) created the league and set the settings.
