Definitely a bad showing, and I'll never predict anything again (LOL). I'm still optimistic as always though. This thread is really funny after all this time...
As I said in the other post, I like that Brent and Hardeman both return and they will play early. Last year, the DL was hyped up, the LB's, etc. But D'Angelo McCray transfered, Sirod Williams got hurt for the year, Miami Thomas got hurt for the year in the 2nd game, Will Davis got hurt with a...
Yeah a very interesting year indeed. Every projected starter on the OL has experience, with Jeff Allen and Jon Asamoah leading the way. They also have 2 pretty good backups and are looking for a third. Graham Pocic has really transformed his body and is looking like the 4 star OL who was offered...
Last year went bad for multiple reasons but I'm going to disagree with you with the more talent on D part. I'm not going to go into the homer rant of last year (LOL), but there's a LOT of talent on this defense. No they're not as experienced but I can honestly see this as a 2006 OSU defense...
I think LaKen is probably more athletic than Josh was and Josh can move for a big guy. A guy who would be closer to Brent in comparison is Chicago St. Rita DT Bruce Gaston. The kid is good and he just started blowing up a little. I wouldn't be surprised to see you guys in the mix in the future...
Right on point with what I've seen. His body improves every year with hard work. He is very athletic (Watching his windmill, etc. thunderous dunks are really a sight to see), and he can do just about everything. As a PG he can handle the ball very well and he is a terrific passer. He has elite...
He goes to my school, and he is a beast. You guys got a winner. He can do a lot of things on the basketball court. He is also very explosive and has gotten better as an athlete with each year. He needs to work on his conditioning but that'll come at OSU.
Also on a sidenote, it was pretty cool...
I still have a lot of time before I'm a 40+ year old who regrets his life. Not saying this is good but it is a good thing I've already made the mistakes young so that I've learned from them.
Oh I think it was illinidarrin. I was with him in saying that I don't think there was fair treatment on this site especially when we were posting in an Illinois thread, though. But over time I've realized this is a Buckeye site so I can't voice my opinion as strong as I did when I first got on here.
Yeah I'm "ThaKid101" on the Illinois site, and it was only a couple of posters that came over there doing what I was doing over here. And I would reply with something like "Go back to your board and talk that mess. That's the same stuff your guys would tell me". Yeah I talked about a couple of...
Roughy I always own up to anything I say if I'm wrong. It's just a part of me. I'm definitely not going back to being a lazy student and athlete. It already kills me to know the potential I had both on and off the field (I'm really smart) and how I failed to use it for the most part on the high...
Nah I wouldn't say that...I'm not a bad person to anybody personally, don't make fun of people, etc. I would say I was a bad teammate because I let myself, my teammates and my coaches down as far as being there, playing to my ability, etc.
