'07 NJ OL Anthony Davis (Rutgers signee)

it was suppose to be about davis/rutgers and why he chosed them over OSU and he brought up those 4 lineman and OSU for no reason .
That tells me some really good news and plus, all those kids are there together so a lot of talking has to go on about their futures of colleges

He didn't bring up those four and OSU for "no reason"...he brought it up to show that although OSU lost a top OL prospect that many thought we had in the bag, we still have a chance at a great OL class next year. That's still not even close to his saying they favor us. We may--actually are--in very good standing with the four of them, but that's no where near to having the reporter say they favor us.

Ah, but you see, we do not treat recruits with respect on this site because they are classy. We do it because WE are classy.

And wheresoever that reason may cease to apply, we do it because that's the rule here.

So best of luck to Anthony. Wanting to be part of building a program is a fine objective, and I hope he is happy with his decision.

Staying Power
New Jersey's top recruit broke tradition by choosing Rutgers over Ohio State

Last November, Davis made his official visit to Ohio State and watched the Buckeyes beat Michigan 42-39. "I started to get excited about Ohio," says Sheronda. "But Anthony changed his mind every other week."
