'07 TX RB Bradley Stephens (Texas A&M Verbal)

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you havent seen any of Bush's highschool videos and that you have no idea what you are talking about.

So I guess you are going to tell me I have no idea what I am talking about b/c I said I would compare him to Reggie Bush also.

It is called a comparison, Bush isnt an extremely hard runner, and if you watch the videos you see that Stephens is running people over and breaking tackles.

I will disagree with you, buddy. I think Stephens will be up there for the top RB in 07, but I don't think he has the speed of Bush.

Well he ran a 10.8 100M as a sophmore in high school, so you have to think he would only get faster, I know that there is track speed and football speed, but in watching his videos he seems to use that track speed on the football field while making his cuts, much like a Ted Ginn or Reggie Bush. Also keep in mind Butch would love to work with him and get him running even faster.

You had me up until "Bush isn't an extremely hard runner." You're uh... kidding, right?

The only reason Bush isn't seen by the media as a "hard runner" is because he runs so fast he barely has to pound away a tackle.

So yes, I guess by that statement "Bush isn't an extremely hard runner," I would say that you have no idea what you're talking about.

I think you should take a look at Bush's games/highlights/highschool highlights before you say something like "This sophomore runningback runs harder than Reggie Bush, who, by the way, is not a hard runner."

Ok I have seen him play, He is a slippery runner, he is not a hard runner, If you have highlights of him running people over I would like to see them.

That was the point, I was never saying that Stephens was a better runner than Bush just making a comparison between the two and the fact that Stephens seemed to be a harder runner, b/c of the way he was lowering his head and breaking tackles.

I guess maybe I could of used the word powerful instead of hard. So I will rephrase just for you and say I think Stephens shows more power.

Like I have said I would compare him to Reggie Bush type runner. That was exactally what Stephens was doing, besides in the videos he was lowering his head and trying to run people over, kind of like what Pittman did to that Ill. guy.

I am in no way saying that Stephens is better, b/c Bush is obviously going to go top 5 in the nfl draft and Stephens is only a junior in high school.
